Approve the version.
Not the document.
SignoffRoom is where teams sign off on press releases, investor updates, crisis statements, and other public copy before it goes out. Approvals reference a specific version number. Edit the text after someone approves and their approval automatically goes stale, so the release can’t lock until they’ve seen the new version and said yes again.
Forward-Looking Statements were rewritten at 14:08. Legal must re-approve before this release can lock.
Three steps.
Then approvals never go stale on you.
No email threads to hunt through, no “did legal see the latest?” Slack pings. One workspace, every approval pinned to a version number.
Open a Signoff Room
Start from a template that matches what you're publishing: press release, investor update, crisis statement, university announcement, and six more. Invite reviewers by their role. Legal, IR, CFO, CEO, or the outside counsel firm on the release.
Collect version-tied approvals
Reviewers approve a specific version number. If you edit after sign-off, even one word in a section they care about, their approval automatically goes stale and they get notified. Section-scoped reviewers only re-stale when their own section changes.
Lock & download the certificate
Lock once every required reviewer has approved the current version. That generates a Signoff Certificate: final text, approvers, timestamps, and a unique ID that survives litigation discovery.
Stop publishing
the wrong draft.
Open a Signoff Room, invite reviewers, lock the final version, walk away with a certificate. Under five minutes.
